Tomorrow starts the first of our six week strength cycle. Please bring your phone with you and snap a video or two of your lifts, you’ll thank yourself later. Please know that these six weeks will NOT make you “bulk up”, they will make you feel accomplished and awesome.
Our weekly schedule will be:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Lift
Tuesday & Thursday: Steady state cardio, core and accessory work.
