Hello friends, this will hopefully be our last week of online workouts! I miss you and I can not WAIT to be together again! I'm making every preparation I can to be back open May 4th. In the meantime, here's a link to this week's workouts on Zoom: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/75541823027

Monday. WOD 1:
2 Rounds:
- 25 Lat Pull-over
- 25 Skull Crusher

WOD 2: 16 AMRAP
- 20 KB/DB Clean & Jerk
- 20 Alt V-up

Tuesday. 3 RFT:
- 25 Burpee
- 1/2 mile Run
- 50 Walking Lunge
- 1/2 mile Run

Wednesday. 5 Rounds:
- Handstand/ Plank Hold (max time)
- 10 (5/5) SA Seated Strict Press
- 12 Weighted Glute Bridges
- 16 Weighted Sit-ups
- 20 (10/10) SL Deadlift

Thursday. 12 AMRAP:
- 12 Single-leg Squat/ Pistol
- 24 SA Snatches

12 AMRAP:
- 12 Hydraulics
- 24 SA KBS

12 AMRAP:
- 12 (6/6) 1/2 Turkish Get-ups
- 24 Weighted Step-up

Friday:
