WHO: Our general fitness classes are designed and personalized for everyone! Our everyday fitness clients benefit from the correct mix of cardio, strength, and HIIT training to insure long-lasting results. Our endurance athletes enjoy the injury prevention and joint protection benefits afforded through cross training. Our program can be adjusted to meet your personal needs, no matter what health and fitness goal you have in mind. We are also experts in working around, and with, chronic and acute injuries.
WHAT: We develop and plan a general fitness program that takes all of the prep work off of your shoulders. Our clients benefit from our unique mix of cardio, strength and HIIT training. We train for overall health, which means that we never do too much of one thing. You will not "get bulky" from our program, nor will you be prepared to run a marathon tomorrow. However you will feel amazing and be prepared to tackle any goal that you may have in mind!
WHEN: We workout three times a day, Monday through Friday. We're here at 5:30 am, 11:30 - 1 pm and again from 5 - 7 pm. You're welcome to join us anytime! You're also welcome to drop by or contact us to schedule a time to check it out that's not during a class.
