WHAT: Our progressive and functional workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Our knowledge and expertise takes all of the prep work off of your shoulders. We train for overall health, which means that we never do too much of one thing. Our clients benefit from our unique mix of cardio, strength and HIIT training. You will not "get bulky" from our program, nor will you be prepared to run a marathon tomorrow. However you will feel amazing and be prepared to tackle any goal that you may have in mind!
WHO: Our fitness classes are designed and personalized for everyone! Our everyday fitness clients benefit from a mix of cardio, strength, and HIIT training to insure long-lasting gains in weight management, flexibility and strength. Our endurance athletes enjoy the injury prevention and joint protection benefits afforded through cross training. Our program can be adjusted to meet your personal needs, no matter what health and fitness goal you have in mind. We are also experts in working around, and with, chronic and acute injuries.
WHEN: We workout three times a day, Monday through Friday. We're here at 5:30 am, noon and again from 5:30 pm. You're welcome to join us anytime! You're also welcome to drop by or contact us or text us at 620-240-9391 to schedule a time to check it out that's not during a class.
