Tomorrow starts the first of our six week strength cycle. Please bring your phone with you and snap a video or two of your lifts, you’ll thank yourself later. Please know that these six weeks will NOT make you “bulk up”, they will make you feel accomplished and awesome.
Our weekly schedule will be: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Lift Tuesday & Thursday: Steady state cardio, core and accessory work. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask and enjoy!!! This is always such a rewarding time in our training!

I always wanted to learn archery, but I never really could afford training. We are a poor family, so I never had the chance to pursue things that are very costly. Once I actually get my work done, then I will try to make time for archery. Sure, I may not be good at it, but at least I am willing to try. Archery is a dead sport, but it is one that I want to revive with all of my might.
