WOD. For time:
100 Air Squat
25 Strict Pull-ups
75 Air Squat
20 Strict Pull-ups
50 Air Squat
15 Strict Pull-ups

Tuesday
WOD. 40-60 mins of cardio of choice (running, rowing or biking)

Wednesday
Skill. Snatch
WOD. With a partner, alternating rounds for 12 total rounds:
6 Squat Snatches (65%)
Handstand Walk (or alternative)
18/12 Cal Bike

Thursday
Strength. 5x5 Front Squat
WOD. 4 RFT
400, Farmer Carry
30 Sit-ups
200m Sprint
15 DB Push Press

Friday
WOD. TBD
