Boot camp class starts tomorrow! This cardio based full body workout is great for everyone! If you're interested in joining us please contact us ASAP. 

Monday
WOD. 4 Rounds for Max Reps
2:00 Rope Climb/ Pull-ups
2:00 DB Squat Cleans (50/35)
Rest 2:00 between rounds.

Post WOD Cardio. Pack running shoes (don't rope climb in them) or be prepared to bike or row a mile... or two.

Tuesday
WOD. For time:
1 mile Run
50 Wall Balls
50 Sit-ups
Row/ Bike 1 km
50 Sit-ups
50 Wall Balls
1 mile Run

Wednesday
30 EMOM Hang Power Snatch

Thursday
WOD. 21-15-9:
Shoulder-to-OH
C2B Pull-ups or Push-ups

Friday
WOD. "Lumberjack 20"
