Welcome to our strength cycle, bring your cell phone to record your lifts! You can learn a lot by watching the videos. Monday (or Tuesday) we'll find a three rep "max", a number we'll build upon throughout the eight week cycle. Please don't stress, this will be fun! 10 Alt DB Snatch

Technique/ Strength. Snatch (or Clean)

Thursday
Cardio. Run, Bike or Row

Friday
Strength. Back Squat & Deadlift
