20 Hollow Rocks
Strength. Back Squat
4x3 Tempo (light weight)
12.9.6.3, ending at 85% of 3 RM
10.8.6.4.2 Strict Press
4x8 Bent Over Row

Tuesday
WOD. 40 EMOM
1. 10 Heavy/Tall Wall Balls
2. 6 Pistols
3. 2 Turkish Get-up
4. 6 Hand-stand Push-ups or Practice

*Weightlifting* Wednesday
3 Rounds of: 3 Hang Power Clean + 3 Below Knee Clean + 3 Full Clean
10x2 Squat Cleans, climbing but keep it pretty

Thursday
WOD. 800m Farmer's Carry
Then 3 Rounds of:
12 Box Jumps
30 Sit-ups
12 Pull-ups
Followed by:
1 mile Run

Friday
Lifting. 16 EMOM
- 2 Split Jerks or Push Jerks
Followed by. 12.9.6.3. Deadlift ending at 90% of 3 RM
