Good News: We'll conclude our summer strength cycle this week!
Bad News: COVID has reared its ugly head again and we're going to adjust accordingly. We'll be moving workouts outside as much as possible and not sharing EQ. The weather didn't get the memo so please dress and hydrate accordingly this week. Thank you for understanding, we're trying to keep everyone safe and keep us out of the newspaper as a cluster.
