Lift + Run
Are you ready to challenge yourself to something new? Have we got the plan for you! We start a new eight week strength cycle next Monday (the 5th) and we would love for you to join us! Everyone is welcome, even beginners!
🏋️♀️ This is a great time to learn something new or refresh the basics of barbell lifting. We’ll lift on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s with a sprinkle of cardio on Tuesday and Thursday’s. You’re welcome to join us five days a week or as much as you’re able.
🏃🏼♀️ After the eight week strength cycle we’ll transition back into a more cardio focused cycle as we prep for a 1/2 marathon on January 1st 2022! The 1/2 is totally optional, we always have alternate workouts if running isn’t your thing.
Space is limited! We have classes at 5:30am, 11:30 - 1pm and 5-7pm. Classes are kept intentionally small to provide just the right mix of motivation and personalized training.
