New for 2021 is an evening bootcamp class! Designed for all fitness levels, from those just starting out to the seasoned fitness junkie looking for something new. This class will focus on cardio, bodyweight and basic kettlebell strength moves while adding in enough variety to keep it fun and challenging.
We'll meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm for approximately 45 minutes to one hour. This session will begin on January 4th and last eight weeks through February 26th. Teenagers (12+) are welcome to join with their parents as long as they are able to conduct themselves maturely. Class size will be limited to 12 due to accommodate for social distancing.
